Welcome to today’s hint-filled Fun Photo Friday. Today I present a preview of just some of the sights I hope to bring to you over the course of the next month. Originally we were supposed to meet the ship at the port serving the city pictured below, but we backed it up a week:
But before we get there, we’ll be revisiting this charming fishing village:
Shortly before entering the Atlantic we’ll visit this city for the third time (and the inside of this cathedral for the first time):
Let’s hope our passage through the Pillars of Hercules is less trying than this crossing was:
Our last stop before crossing the wide, deep pond will be:

Decisions — Murder in Paradise
The Globe — Murder in Luxury
Hi Doug! (and Ursula),
How are you? You have a beautiful, rich, and informative photo register of your trips, but… where is Lisbon?! I hope you are already missing the hours (well) spent here!!!
Following you!
Best wishes and hope to cross paths someday, somewhere.
Rodrigo (your favourite We Hate Tourism Tours driver from Lisboa)
Hey, Rodrigo, amigo!
I’m blogging our cruise in the order in which we hit the ports, so it’ll be awhile before I get to Lisbon. Next week is Marseille, Barcelona, and the beginning of a three-part series on the Sagrada Familia. Our really fun tour with you will follow those blogs.
I’ll be sure to give We Hate Travel and you a plug in that blog . . . and for free.
Oh, olá Doug!
I thought that for some reason I wasn’t being able to find the entry about Lisbon among all these beautiful pictures, so I’m glad I was doing it right. I’ll just keep following you, then!
I particularly liked the photo you took to the “other” leaned tour of Pisa. I am also the kind of person who tries to find those “different” touristic spots!!!
Well, thank you for your last sentence, but we love to travel! We (only) Hate Tourism Tours :))))
Anyway, I’m not writing on behalf of WHTT. I mentioned it just in case you didn’t remember my name! I’m following your site as an individual. They don’t pay me enough to do publicity for them hahaha.
Have a nice weekend,
Rodrigo
