Another Day, Another Sunset—Friday, January 27, 2012

Well, it happened again:

Another spectacular West Texas Sunset:

And, once again, these photographs were taken in raw and converted into JPEG via Google’s free Picasa photo editing software.  Tweaks were made in contrast, color, and saturation using the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button and the Saturation control.

I saved the best for last, of course:

Just gotta love that great view from my backyard!

Gorgeous, just gorgeous! I’m a HUGE fan of Picasa, too . . . John Carr told me about Picasa when he was still in office, and I’ve used it ever since then.

  2. Many thanks for dropping by, Adell. And have a great upcoming retirement. You deserve it!

  3. Thank you, Karen. And thanks for stopping by again.

You probably see sunsets like this everyday in the Old West.

  5. Not today. Gray and dark. No color at all.
