Fun Foto Friday—Desert Flowers


Desert flowers?  Isn’t that an oxymoron?

No.  It isn’t.  Below you will see Desert Sage, Hedgehog Cactii, Yucca, and the exquisite Mexican Bird of Paradise, and a singular cactus flower in our front yard that blooms but once a year.

    Doug , I love the desert. I was a desert rat for 15 yrs – then moved to the mountains and became a mountain moron. :-). You flowers are beautiful.
