Below you’ll see in interior of one of our favorite lunch stops—Rancho de Chimayo Restaurante and Hacienda. It doesn’t get much more authentic than this.
The Rancho de Chimayo is just minutes from the famed El Santuario de Chimayo, considered by some to be the most Catholic pilgrimage center in the U.S.
