   How can I get the recipe for this? I had it on recent HAL cruise in Le Cirque and was searching the net for something similar to prepare for guests. Bingo!

       The only recipe I absconded with was the one for the crème brûlée. It was printed on the bottom of the crème brûlée dish. Here’s the image showing the recipe.
